What can I use the Blue Sky Futures voucher for?

The Blue Sky Futures voucher covers all costs related to a Blue Sky Escapes journey. This includes any of our destinations and Singapore domestic travel. It will count towards the full cost of the trip: airlines, hotels and transport.

Can I use the voucher towards a journey costing less than the voucher value?

Yes you can, however any unused voucher credit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

Can I use multiple vouchers towards the same journey?

Yes you can. A maximum $2,500 voucher value may be used on any one trip.

Why should I buy a Blue Sky Futures voucher?

Our friends and partners in the travel industry are facing a period of extreme challenge. COVID-19 has slashed bookings, decimated visitor numbers and is even threatening the future of many smaller providers. By placing voucher funds in the pipeline, you help us to create certainty for future travel among our partners. Blue Sky Escapes is a Singapore Tourism Board (STB) licensed travel agency, registered under A&P Journeys LLP. There are proper safeguards and capital reserves in place to ensure you are able to travel with peace of mind at all times.

Where can I find suitable travel insurance for myself?

Blue Sky Escapes works with specialist insurance consultants who will provide you with the most up-to-date recommendations on the best policies that you can purchase. We don’t recommend picking the first one your find on an internet search: let our consultants provide you with current market insight.

Best of all, your Blue Sky Futures voucher will pay $50 towards the cost of the policy, as we recognize and respect the importance of travel insurance that is comprehensive and provides the proper duty of care.

What are your VIP amenities?

What is the Multiplier Credit?

Vouchers of at least $500 will provide you with additional value, depending on when it is used.

For travel planned in 2021, the voucher will be worth an additional 1.15x.

For travel planned in 2022, it will be worth an additional 1.1x.

Can I buy this voucher as a gift for someone else?

Of course – they’re going to love it!

How do I specially curate an experience to gift a special someone which can be redeemed with the e-gift card?

We often get these requests – we’d recommend that you have a look through our website to identify the type of experience you’d like to gift that special someone. This will give you a sense of the value which must be stored in the e-gift card. If you’d like further guidance, you can easily reach out to us via our Whatsapp hotline, chat system or e-mail, and a travel or wellness expert will be in touch to personalize the perfect experience just for the recipient.

Oftentimes, the bulk of personalization happens after the gift has been received, with our experts having a conversation with your recipient to further understand what works best for them. This is the bespoke service that we offer.

Can I arrange for a physical gift card instead of an e-gift card?

In line with our commitment towards sustainability, all our gift cards are digital and paperless. Should you wish, however, we can arrange a customised greeting card to be printed with your message and delivered to you, so you may gift it to your special someone in-person. Reach out to us via our Whatsapp hotline, chat system or e-mail, and we will arrange the perfect gift for you.

Please note that printing of the greeting card will come with an additional fee.

What is the difference between “Gift Cards" and “Travel Vouchers”?

“Travel Vouchers” are valid only in respect of full journeys while “Gift Cards” can be redeemed in respect of any Blue Sky Escapes offering, such as private wellness sessions, workshops or retreats, journeys, hotel bookings and experiences.  

Can I redeem my e-gift card on bookings made outside of Singapore?

Yes, you can. The applicable foreign exchange rate to be applied will be confirmed and advised by the team.

Can I make a partial redemption of my e-gift card?

Yes, you can. Any remaining balance can be stored and applied for your next booking within the validity period.

Can I use multiple e-gift cards towards the same journey, experience or hotel stay?

Yes, you can!

We will need your confirmation email showing proof of purchase in order to replace the e-gift card.

What if someone makes a copy of my e-gift card and uses it without my authorization?

Every e-gift card has a unique serial code and we will verify the recipient’s identity upon redemption. You will need to safeguard your e-gift card as it has a stored value. If you suspect that someone has copied your e-gift card, please contact us immediately.
