Join us for an exclusive Master of Colours luncheon, hosted in partnership with Belmond and The Macallan. Two Michelin-starred British Chef Kirk Westaway has curated a bespoke menu inspired by six distinct colours, each dish paired with rare Macallan Sherry Oak expressions. We will be joined by Adam Hills, Train Manager of the legendary British Pullman, A Belmond Train, and The Macallan Brand Ambassador to share the heritage behind each creation and its whisky pairing, alongside a closer look at Belmond's iconic rail journeys — the British Pullman, the Royal Scotsman, and the Eastern & Oriental Express.
