In the event you are legally unable to travel due to New Zealand Covid-19 border restrictions, a full refund or 12-month credit with rate hold will be applied.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

– Outside 90 days prior – No charge.

– 90 – 60 days prior – 50% charge of room nights cancelled.

– Inside 60 days prior – Full charge for the room nights cancelled.

– Children aged 7 – 12 and occupying a room with a full paying adult will be charged an additional $450 inc. GST per night including an additional foldaway bed.

– Children’s alternative dining arrangements will be made after if wishing to dine after 7pm.

– Minimum age of 7 years.
