Myanmar: A Trail of Tribes

Home to several native ethnic tribes, Kayah and Shan States are a rare kaleidoscope of cultural preservation within an urbanising Myanmar. For 5D4N filled of trekking, kayaking, and cycling, you will hear the stories of and engage with tribe members from the heights of Shan Mountain to the expanse of the surrounding plains. Temples, floating gardens and villages dot the banks as you float across the glistening waters of Inle Lake. Get away from the crowded bustle of Yangon, and be immersed in the distinctive traditions that only exist in these peaceful rolling green hills.

This journey outline is by no means fixed. As the traveller takes centre stage in our planning – from the type of lodging to daily activities – your journey will be crafted to suit you.
