Returns
We have a 7-day return policy - returns will be accepted up till 7 days after your order has been delivered/collected. Your order has to be in its original condition and attached with proof of purchase for your return to be accepted. Contact us at ask@blueskyescapes.co to enquire about returning your order.
Refunds
If you would like a refund, we will evaluate your order and process accordingly once it is approved. Refunds will be via your original payment method. Contact us at ask@blueskyescapes.co to enquire about refunding your order.
Damages and issues
Do check your order upon deliver/collection and notify us immediately if there are defects or damages. We will follow up and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The Blue Sky Futures voucher covers all costs related to a Blue Sky Escapes journey. This includes any of our destinations and Singapore domestic travel. It will count towards the full cost of the trip: airlines, hotels and transport.
Yes you can, however any unused voucher credit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
Yes you can. A maximum $2,500 voucher value may be used on any one trip.

Best of all, your Blue Sky Futures voucher will pay $50 towards the cost of the policy, as we recognize and respect the importance of travel insurance that is comprehensive and provides the proper duty of care.

Yes, you can. The applicable foreign exchange rate to be applied will be confirmed and advised by the team.
